My name is Antoinet Hesselink and a few years ago i fell in love with The Dutch Kooikerhondje.
I was born and raised in The Netherlands but since 2009 I live in Modena (Italy) together with my Italian husband Marco and son Thomas.
We live just outside the city on a farm with our dogs, chickens and ducks. We have two Agility fields where we train our dogs for fun.
Me and my husband are breeding already 10 years the Australian Kelpie so we have a lot of experience with breeding. My husband is a professional Truffle Hunter and the Kelpie is a wonderful worker in the field.
I´m so happy to start this new adventure with the Kooiker because I really love the Kelpie but as a person I match better with the Kooiker. The Kooiker is such a happy dog that is stable in the character and don´t let you down in any activity!
In my breeding the standard will be very high! I don´t breed for breeding...I have a mission. I will do all the health tests and I will breed only with perfectly healthy dogs. They need to have a nice character and a good sportive body structure.
